a new beginning

UPDATE
I finally got around to creating a new deviantART account. My old one will be wiped clean. I also took the liberty of creating a stock account, ~equicrax-stock. There is nothing on there yet, but I hope to get some stock photos for you all this weekend. Just keep checking that profile. [:

Ah yes, and with the death of Michael Jackson I was inspired to create a tribute. Since I can't really work with people too well, I did what I know how to do. Michael Jackson is now a horse. Well, I think the horse looks like him a little now. Tell me what you think? Go check it out.

Sorry for the very short, very quick journal entry. I'm just not feeling it at the moment. I hope to have a nice little setup ready for the next update. Just sit tight, kiddies.

My name is Casey. I'm a twenty year old female from southeast Missouri. My birthday is May 12 in case you want to buy presents, haha. I live with my husband on a small hobby farm in an teeny tiny town that doesn't even have a gas station. We - my husband and I - dated all through high school and were married July 19, 2008, a mere year after we graduated. We have no children, but we have enough critters to keep us running! We have two horses. One is a buckskin tobiano saddlebred gelding named Hank that we rescued from a trader who travels to Mexico, if you know what I mean; he's my baby. The other is a sorrel tobiano APHA mare named Reba that we rescued from unfit conditions with her previous owners; she's my husband's. I also own pygmy goats with the intent to raise some as lawn mowers and pets. They live with my fifteen Rhode Island Red chickens and my husband's great pyrenees bitch named Faith. I raise holland lop and mini rex rabbits with the intentions to expand to various other breeds in the future. I have two indoor dogs. One is an AKC registered shih tzu named Toby who is my little Prince Tobian. (Yes, he's spoiled to the core.) The second is my husband's siberian husky bitch named Holly that likes to chew everything there is. In and out of the basement are my two australian shepherds named Ethan and Lucy. They are siblings from the same litter, both altered so as to avoid inbreeding. Outside are also running two mutts that I suppose I'll claim. One is a hound mix named Snapper and the other is a beagle mix named Julie. We have four inside cats, two of which are maine coon crosses. Lillian and Sophie are their names, mother and daughter that look identical. One is an elderly altered orange tabby named Brawley; he's my husband's true baby. Then there's the chicken we call Evey. There are three barn cats (all out of our momma cat Lillian from the house) named Rat, Mouse, and Mole. I think that about covers the animals... I promise I'm a pretty friendly person and you'll quickly see that I don't bite too hard. [:
